Yes, Marigold Heavenly Nostrils WILL always love Phoebe, but that’s not Phoebe’s concern. Phoebe wants to be sure that Marigold will always LIKE her too. In other words, Phoebe DOESN’T want to be tolerated as an embarrassing relative or in-law.
