Neigh saying to a whole new level.

I suppose Unicorn is a tonal language. And magic of course.

That’s why Marigold is using old human words, Phoebe. Less confusion.

Meaning is all in the inflection. Same in English. “Oh, you look great,” can be an insult or a compliment depending on tone of voice.

This reminded me of a friend from when I was a teenager who actually wished everyone “Good Fresh Annum” instead of “Happy New Year” just to be weird.
