According to a certain poster, we aren’t to call them old folks homes, assisted living homes, convalescent homes, or geriatric housing. What’s that Brit Sit Com? Waiting for God?

This is so cute! I spent a lot of time with my Gramps growing up and so did my cousins, we picked up on a lot of his habits and mannerisms.

My gramps was my favorite person growing up:-) he would let us drive him to do his chores around his old farm when we were no older than 10, taught us to talk in pig Latin, told amazing stories about growing up in the mountains of South Central New Mexico, taught us how to shoot & hunt (he didn’t have any grandsons just a bunch of granddaughters) He passed away last year (he was in his early eighties)
