Becoming single again is when that feeling of dwarfed insignificance is replaced by one of lordly power.

Just noticing the word “Nag” is contained in the word insignificant..and if you change the letter “M” in married to a “H” you get harried..things that make you say..hmmmmm..

I hate the narrative that marriage is horrible and ruins relationships. My husband and I have been together for 25yrs & married for 22 (been together since I was 15) and yeah we’ve had some arguments over the years, rough times we went through together (& I feel like I would never have made it through without him) but on the whole we have a wonderful relationship.

And No the sex didn’t end when we married (another narrative I’ve never understood) in fact it’s only gotten better over the years as we’ve learned more about each other.

Looking around at my family and friends i do think that having children together is something not every relationship can survive! We’ve chosen not to.
