All you can do with some people is:.(1) Avoid them when possible.(2) Be polite — never give up the high ground.(3) Defuse the situation with self-deprecating humor. If you’re no fun to play with, they won’t play with you — that means if they can’t get your goat, no matter how hard they try, they get frustrated and give up…eventually.(4) See number (1)….
