Cats are masters at this, whereas a dog would have eaten it before she stood back up.

So Muffin’s species is Drama Queen?

My Tigger waits by his bowl in the morning….meowing till I give him his food….

And just what does Muffin give?

Ha, funny this happens to hit this morning. After months of trying different foods in the morning only to have my cats turn their noses up at them I flat out decided I’m putting down dry and they can eat it, or not. They’re only getting canned at dinner. Life is too short and cat food too expensive for this stuff.

Earl’s having a tuna-melt sandwich for lunch.

Although not a cat person myself, I note that Mark Twain once observed, “A home without a cat — and a well-fed, well-petted and properly revered cat — may be a perfect home, perhaps, but how can it prove title?”

Used to remind of me our cat, husband decided to try a different cat food, next morning I had to buy the same brand, I told him about that later, and I had to mix the two, result with change cat would not eat, mix would eat.

Muffy is related to Morris? (The finicky one)!

Din Din! I thought I was the only one that said that to my kitties.

Cats are wary. In the wild they eat dead things, cautiously.

Another reason to dislike cats…and then there’s the hair!

We had only one cat that was finicky, the others didn’t care as long as they got fed. They were all indoor/outdoor cats, so they got plenty of “desserts” to eat as well.

All of our no gone 3 cats loved Science diet, & a taste of tuna fish when I made salad. Our last & only cat only eats Science Diet, & has no interest in tuna fish or any other people food like ham & bacon so liked by the crew on BCN.

So add a sprig of parsley.

Well, let me say I have the lifelong sat scratch scars to disprove it.

Our cat is a gourmet (not gourmand)… but too, we’ve learned what she likes, so we don’t bug her w/ stuff that she won’t enjoy and eat.

Time for Muffy and her food to take a trip outside. I’ll bet she’ll change her tune once other cat’s smell the food….
