Even if you don’t have a dog, walk your dog! Keeps the weight off. Adopt a poor homeless pooch today!

I walked a dog once, and boy what a workout. First I had to climb over my neighbor’s fence, then I had to catch the dog and leash him, then there was the three miles with the neighbor chasing me…

After pulling them like this once or twice, they take the lead and pull you.

Good advice Jolly! You may not be able to walk a pound-adopted kitty who needs you, but s/he’ll keep you healthy - walking to the store for tins of food and litter; better than the tube or computer all day :) I’m glad to see Mutts is covering ‘Shelter Stories’ once again this week!
