Remember to wash your Apples - don’t want to ingest any nasty pesticides OR U can buy Organics (or at least no-spray)!
The “healthy” part is Fiber! Keeps your colon healthy & you feel better not being so constipated (less cranky).
Come on, people! It’s just a message to balance out your diet with veggies and fruits! Sheeesh!
