Fill me in on what kind of “fancy, flashing vibrating gadgets” they’re reffering to?

Josh, you’ve never been to a restaurant where they give you an oversized pager to let you know when there’s a table for you, or your meal is ready to pick up? (Whichever. It depends on the restaurant.) The thing is big, and when it goes off it flashes colored lights and vibrates hard enough to loosen the fillings in your teeth. Impossible to ignore, and impossible (and not worth it) to walk off with.

Remember those “fancy, flashing vibrating gadgets” are riddled with germs because everyone and their Plugger brother has handled it and the restaraunt doesn’t wash them off, ever. Just like the TV remote in a motel room. YUCK! We always put our remote in a plastic sandwhich bag at the motel. Think restaraunts should put their “fancy, flashing vibrating gadgets” in plastic for their customers too!

Pluggers’ restaurants aren’t always empty - they often just have high turnover. All else being equal, I like it better that way.
