She probably crashed it trying to figure out how to do what she wanted it to do – or trying to do too many things at once.

I am my family’s tech support (and that includes the in-laws).

There’s no apostrophe in “Pluggers”.

Logmein fixes the need to rush right over (or other services like that)

I’m computer semi-literate, and have a tech friend on speed dial.

I admit it: I’m the Queen of “Computer-Stupid Land”! Everything I know about these silly things would fit in a thimble . . . with a ton of room left over!!! Thank goodness my husband has a better grasp of these things than I do. And if he can’t fix it, then my computer-program-writer next-door-neighbor can!!!!!

I am part of my mother-in-laws “tech support” — between my husband, our niece and myself we usually can help her out with anything that comes up.

One seriously obsolete reference. The original Luddites were a 19th-century movement that wanted to eliminate mechanized looms in order to protect the livelihood of weavers. These days, it just means someone that doesn’t like new-fangled stuff, and is usually a bit of an insult.

I’ve only had a computer since 2004, I’m 62 now, but I’m getting real good at.

Pluggers don’t pay for house calls. This is why they have no tech-literate friends.
