At 80 years old I think I probably qualify as a plugger, I am now 5’9" (used to be 5’10" and weigh 195 lbs. Alittle overweight, yes. Obese, no. But look at it this way…. I’ve got years of effort of effort and thousands of dollars invested in that overweight. :)
