Bet it goes the same way after having bought a new car.

Wow, that happened to me, but what helped me to find it was the color, both were the same shade of green.

I’ve done that.

How come men often say “the wife” but women don’t say “the husband”?

I don’t have to worry about switching vehicles with my husband. He won’t drive my big, old Econoline because you can’t see the hood on it. And that statement came from him when I asked him to move it a few feet forward in the driveway so I could get to the weeds on the side of the house where it was parked. He got out of it, handed the key to me and said never again. And I don’t like driving his car after having driven the van for so long. His is a sedan and I really don’t like practically crawling out of it, even as a passenger.

my folks both worked in the city & each drove their own car. One day they decided to meet where dad worked & go out for dinner. Next day one of us kids asked where dad’s car was. They came home the night before in one car & forgot all about the other car. They had to go back the next day & get it and it was on a Saturday when neither one of them had to work. We still laugh about it to this day and this was well over 30 years ago.

I don’t know which is harder, trying to find a Taurus at the grocery store or the F150 at Home Depot.
