That may depend on whether your knees are in better shape than your lungs.
Whomever goes down, must eventually go up.
Health conscious or not, it is easier on your knees.
At least if you fall going DOWN the steps, you are going in the right direction! BUT , if you fall going UP the steps, you may have to start all over again! LOL
With an arm load of “Do It Yourself” books .. no less !Plus … his step-tracker doesn’t know Up from Down .
Going DOWNstairs is the serious fall risk, especially if one is front load heavy like this plugger is.
