A PH16 is a very common FRAM oil filter , they will never stop making them
Kind of like the Purolator P141? Now that’s a part that’s getting long in the tooth!
Wasn’t the ph16 the cartridge that fit inside the canister on the old 283’s ? Sounds like a very familiar number.
