I have had this extra sensory perception that my wife is trying to kill me by giving me left overs….
Some leftovers are good. But some foods just don’t lend themselves to the practice. .@Jo Clear : Bad gravy? I didn’t know they made that sort. Or did it have mold on it?
Some comedian ( I don’t remember who) commented that they always had leftovers & never had the “original” meal.
It’s not ‘leftovers’ if it’s just precooking tomorrow’s meal. (And the day after that’s…and..well the freezer is the spice of life.)
I would suggest he prepare the next meal…
My dear and sainted wife makes the BEST “pot chuck” there could ever be! A lot of variety, too!
Don’t complain, or fix it yourself!
