A plugger delivers the mail and doesn’t worry about the cost of a stamp.

The cranky old guy who delivers our mail, can’t quit because he dreads the idea of being at home with his missus. She probably apprciates his being gone all day, too.

Our mail used to arrive very early in the day but lately it gets delivered around 4:30pm.

That’s never happened and ain’t agonna happen.

and the USPS says…..“GOTCHA”…….

As long as the Stamps still work, it really doesn’t matter ! I love the " Logic " of our City Utility Company " JEA " that sends out notices with the bills saying, " Save that Stamp, Pay On-line " Yea ! Right ! Don’t waste 47 cents on that stamp, instead pay us $2.50 to process the bill on-line !! I Don’t Think So ! DUH !!!

If it’s any consolation… the service is still in debt… not a profit strategy, rather an attempt to remain competitive against emails, tweets, IMs, etc. (looks like a lost cause to me!)

When they raised it to 49 cents it was temporary. Had to drop it to 47 because that was the rate they agreed to.

It has now been proven that men are living much longer these days…..they have to to get all their bills paid.
