Back when I had a Palm device (you’re a plugger if you remember those), I used to write shopping lists on it, because the clever little writing software was pretty quick and easy to use. On my smartphone, having to peck it out on the little keyboard and battle with auto-“correct” (which invariably gets things wrong when talking about foodstuffs), I find it easier to just scribble on a piece of paper.

I’m a plugger but l always use the to do list app on my phone to write my shopping lists.
