I can get mine easily enough, but my wife looks 15 or 20 years younger than her actual age.
Most places won’t give the discount unless it is asked for. I guess that is for two reasons:
1) They save that towards their bottom line
2) They don’t want to offend someone that they assume is a senior
Some ticket takers are so dumb they will give you the senior discount twice. Why not ask? Why doesn’t the US Post Office give a senior discount? Ask your Member of Congress.
