A Plugger knows it time for shed a few pounds when he has a hard time seeing his feet with a mirror.

And he hasn’t seen his genitalia for years.

And he has 6 pairs of jeans that don’t fit……..but that Beer tastes so good :-)

and all his shoes are slip ons, because he cannot bend over to tie them.

Have never known what ‘relaxed fit jeans’ are !! ! !

Amen to that brother.

Last time I gained ten pounds it was because of a change in my meds. I switched back, but it took almost a year to shed the weight.

Pluggers are obese.

Food consumption should be regulated by the number of holes remaining on your belt. Get help if you need suspenders.
