Unfortunately I don’t need an alarm clock for my 7:30 AM dentist appointment. After forty-seven years of getting up at 4:00 – 4:30 AM., my body does it automatically.
I try to get the first appt. in the morning in the hopes that I can make it to work soon enough after to not have to take leave for the morning. Doesn’t always work. But in 4 more years, it won’t matter! :o)
I always try for the first Dr. appointment. That way if I had to fast for lab work, I can be home and sucking coffee sooner. Also the first appointment of the day usually starts almost on time. No delays due to the domino effect of others being “just a couple minutes late” or appointments that turn out to be more involved and lengthier than scheduled.

Here in the Midwest, I have the first appointment of the day. A lot cooler than going in at 2-5 pm in 100 degree heat.

Can’t remember the last time I slept until 6 am. Made it to 5:30 am once last month.

Never have I left a note. But I do have a printed schedule which I consult occasionally.

A real Plugger would not accept a 7:30 am appointment.
