    actually the new position is supposed to be 9 and 3 or 8 and 4 because with airbags if your hands are at 10 and 2 you could break your arms if the airbag deploys

    Now if you have airbags it’s 9 and 3 but it’s 10 and 2 for the oldsters

    Where your hands grasp the wheel has zero affect on anything outside your car, but there’s plenty out there that can result in a crash and your airbag’s deployment.

    I read that in the driver’s handbook, but my steering wheel is built such a way I have to use 10/2 or 4/8-silly.
