I don’t think online chat includes that many “I says”, as it takes too long to type them.

Four of us in our chat room, we meet every Friday morning at a local restaurant.

The best chat room ever…. Another good one is a local barber shop….

Something you seldom hear in those chat rooms is.. “Stop me if you heard this before”.

my favorite thing when I was in my thirties and forties was to find a booth next to a group of “old” guys in a small town restaurant and drink my coffee and listen. just not the same today when you get a latte and sit next to the young ones and listen today. course most of the time they aren’t talking to each other just texting.

Do these places have “No Caps, No Service” signs?

This is a pretty dated reference.

In fact, I’m pretty sure Pluggers are the only ones still using chat rooms.

Sounds like two meter ham radio.
