Dish Network has a couple of channels of stationary pictures. I pay for this crap? I told them if I wanted to look at pictures I would open my photo albums.
Got forced to move to streaming TV. If I could get a fireplace picture on my set, it would be constantly getting re-lit. I have 100 Mbps internet and a 5G Wi-fi router but the service provider’s main system isn’t up to the task they sold us on.
Or, you live in Norway, and enjoy “Slow TV”. They did an entire weekend of a fire burning in a fireplace, complete with sidebars about sustainable logging and the best techniques for starting/maintaining a fireplace fire. Also once did a multi-day cruise up the coast in real time, and a weekend of watching a group try to set a Guinness world record for knitting.

In these environmentally conscious times, a burning Yule log via Netflix is sometimes the only fireplace a Plugger can have. ;/

That’s not a streaming service, it’s a burning service.

A couple years ago, the viral fireplace had a dog sleeping in front of it.
