Do I do crunches? If you’re referring to the sound potato chips make when I chew them then yes, I do crunches!

The only part of a sit-up Andy could accomplish would be to get his shoulders, neck and head up off the floor. Better to stick to sitting-up to the table.

With his girth, I think, FIRST, he should cut down on his intake of certain foods and walk more BEFORE he attempts any sit-up ! ! ! !
