Geezer????

Starting in the 1960’s the New York Daily News had a sports cartoonist, Bill Gallo, and he would refer to the worse team or player of the week as a goat.

Old goat = still virile and amorous older man.

We are all legends in our own minds …

Come on it ain’t pluggers who be acting the goat.

GO GOAT! You’re the Greatest Old Goat Of All Time!

I can’t accuse him of being hoof-hearted.

Or an old USNA grad.

It’s amazing how punctuation totally changes the meaning of a senteance or a word. Goat vs G.O.A.T

I prefer to be called a “curmudgeon.”
