Hudson: You actually jumped into the icy rapids to save your plank of wood, Poncho? Gus: And it was heading right for a giant waterfall? Hudson: That's insane! That is so heroic! Gus: Yeah! I mean you actually risked your life! Boomer: And the funny part is, a plank of wood could probably go over a waterfall and come out totally fine! Poncho: Why, wh... why wouldn't you have brought that to my attention before I... I can't... I can't look at you right now.

Reality sucks!! Oh well Poncho, it’s the thought that counts. You’re a hero, a stupid hero but a hero nevertheless!

Like you Poncho, Boomer just lives for the moment. The thought process follows somewhere in the after. It’s all about the chase. Oh yeh, what about the other dog who was after his/her rotting tree branch?

What about the fact that he saved Poo Poo? All that matters is the dumb piece of wood?
cleokaya almost 16 years ago
Hey…all that matters is THE PLANK OF WOOD is safe.

I agree with JonD17 - Poncho and his buddies always only think for the present time! Anyway, let’s look at it this way: Poo Poo is safe (thanks to Poncho and Plankie) and Plankie has been rescued (even though that was quite unnecessary). All’s well that ends well - LOL!!

But what about the little fellow’s rotting tree branch used to save the Plank of Wood?

HOW IRONIC HE IS NOT PRAISED FOR SAVING POPO
