Pooch Cafe by Paul Gilligan for November 08, 2010
Transcript:
Poncho: So that's why you keep pushing me to do rad sports! 'Cause you did that with your old dog! Chazz: No! It's because I want to share my interests with you! Poncho: But why would you go from such a strapping dog to such a (good-looking) little dog? Chazz: It's just something I felt. When I saw you, I just knew. You'd just sort of fit with me. In this smaller apartment. Poncho: I'm a space consideration??

Chazz, to much info is not always a tactful way to converse.

I think you’re better off not saying anything for a while, Chazz.

Buy him a Cheese Burger Chazz…he’ll get over it.

This comic is getting too emotional.

I’m loving this. It’s explaining and showing the evolution of our Poncho’s personality. From a cute little puppy to a dog with mission, attitude and a posse.

Poncho, face it. You’re a downsized pet.

Smaller, but cuter.

This is all an omen of the end of Chazz’s “rad” days. He’s probably getting fewer assignments now that he’s aging.
And by the way, what happened to his old “Rad” dog?

I can’t wait to see Poncho’s reaction when Chazz meets… Carmen, the crazy cat person!
And speaking of love connections… oh Droolia, where are ya?

As my one friend used to tell me, take a chill pill, Poncho!

Does anyone think Poncho will head to the Pooch Cafe to talk about his (perceived) troubles? Is the Pooch Cafe already in existence in Year One, or will we see its formation? It’s so much fun seeing the development of the characters we love so much. :-)

ROFL
It happens Poncho. Better than living under the porch all your life.

At least he is honest.

Push that foot a little further down that throat, Chazz.

You may be small, but you fill up his heart, Ponch.

Chazz MUST have been a Rad Dude. When his girlfriend broke up with him, he was suddenly homeless.
Maybe his ex-dog chose to stay with his ex-girlfriend, in his ex-apartment…

If it was just a space consideration, he’d have gotten a chihuahua…
