This is entirely Chazz’s fault for explaining the former dog in the worst way possible!
Also, reading the archive link someone posted over the weekend it seems the other dog was run over by a cement truck. :(

No, Poncho needs the therapist and Chazz needs his head examined. Right now…. I would be putting an ad in the paper under “For Free” to find Poncho a new home!

Sorry to hear that **pierreandnicole. What did you do wrong? If you used Spanish chorizo a little goes a long way and since it is already cooked it does not need to be in the pan long. Mexican chorizo is uncooked and does not impart as strong a flavor to a dish, but I like them both.
