Ah yes the art of the Mooch!

I tell my cats that if they get jobs & start paying the bills, they can make the rules & I’ll cater to them. Until then, since I’m paying the bills- I rule (as much as you can with a cat). They just stare at me.

Has anyone even seen a post from Roy_Boy before? I put an answer to him on Ziggy. Tho I doubt he’ll see it.

I didn’t realize Poncho has such a tough life.

Apparently, the Vulcan mind mooch did not work this time.

I may be a member of the dominant species, but I can’t get up and get myself a snack whenever I want. I’m on a diet. I too have to suffer until my next meal.

I always make plain crutons for my dog, and have them handy whenever I eat something. When she catches me at the table and starts to beg, I ask her to do her two tricks: sitting, giving me her paw left and then the right. She gets one dry cube of bread for each trick, and then she lies down to let me eat in peace.

Awful lot of work just to be able to get snacks when you want. Poncho’s method is much simpler.By the way Chaz, ever seen a bird when the 17 year Chicadas come out? Pretty much snacks at will too. Yeah, it has to wait 17 years, but you have to wait for the Stop n Shop to open at 9 so what’s the dif?
