Now we are down to two lawn chairs. Poncho, I think that once you pop Stanley’s balloons, he or she will still be there. You, on the other hand, may be on a journey!

I expect he’s just trying to get the chair (i.e. evidence) away before reporting that he has located the cat ALL ON HIS OWN!!!

“How did the cat get on the roof” “I don’t know, but there it is.”

Poncho: “Not going to happen”

Yesterday I said shoot a balloon and today it happens ! Now for the rest of Poncho fast talking act ;-)

“Yes, I Poncho could do the responsible thing…..or……

The cat could have easily jumped from the chair to the roof, and meowed to alert people where he was. If you know cats, then you also know he was well aware people were looking for him,calling his name. He chose to ignore that and enjoy the show.

…or not. Sometimes two wrongs can get pretty close to a right.

Now, how is Poncho going to get down? Shoot his own balloons?

Responsible ~~ Poncho??

I love the way the cats are only observers of the Poncho drama. Even Stanley, who has every reason to take matters into his own paws, is still watching!

Maybe they find Poncho amusing!

There is the Responsible Thing and the Poncho Thing.

Brings to mind Lawnchair Larry. In spite of various “Darwin Awards”, this aviation pioneer did not perish in his balloon adventure.

Missing: one dog and two chairs.
