“I’m on the right track baby, I was bred this way”
You need to find your own special skills, Poncho. The Mooch. The community organiser. The sender of cats to the moon. The Protector from birds and squirrels.
I met a retired greyhound in the home of its new owner once, and boy was I impressed. Big – 85 pounds, and solid – all muscle and bone. Bred for speed (40 to 45 mph), but with a sweet disposition.

Like Jessica Rabbit, Poncho’s not really bad, he’s just drawn that way.

Good point. Breeding is a valid excuse for most things. Wanting to breed is also an excuse for most things.

Our dachshunds’ best friend during some boarding stays was a whippet. And they WOULD race her.
