Not having the driver even notice reminds me of when I was a kid I thought it would be funny to jam a dime in the door of a phone booth so my father couldn’t get out. My father pushed the door open without even noticing it, bending my dime in half.
Once I was giving the google eyes to some girls in tight jeans and sweaters when my buddy noticed and said, “You’re like a dog chasing a car. You couldn’t drive it if you caught it.” He was right, but what especially hurt was the fact I was single at the time.
