My dog loves the mail lady.
I guess Poncho forgot to flip off his tail but he remembered to flip off the mailman.
But that doesn’t explain the smile. I think he has a thing for the mailman.
Poncho must really care about the postman to make that extra effort to let him know that the tail wag wasn’t for him.
