It’s rather the boat I’m in right now. I’m spending such a large percentage of my paycheck on my dumpster fire of an Obamacare policy that I can’t actually afford to go see a doctor unless it’s a vital emergency.
I have a health share policy. These are put out often by churches. I pay less than $300 a month and have $500 deductible. Bad part, doesn’t cover mental (no attempting suicide), some woman’s issues (that’s Ok I’m a guy), prescriptions but offers decent discount cards, and I plan to start using a prescriptions price search app. It also doesn’t cover previous conditions unless you sign up with their health coach. I had open heart surgery. I’m working on getting off meds with exercise.

“Turn a page, wash your hands.” Wasn’t that Filburt’s line on “Rocko’s Modern Life?”
