I am so sick of people complaining about others that bought houses and are now losing them because of lay offs. Life is a crap shoot – if you have a family, you should make them as comfortable as others do, so you reach to buy a house that is barely big enough with a good school district and within 30 mi of work. The economy tanks, your job and the wife’s go by the wayside and now it is all your fault that everyone is losing their homes. sorry, it was the WS banks bundling home mortgages and selling them all over the world that caused this. Yes, many did borrow against their homes, but most borrowed for kid’s college or emergency reasons, not for a vacation and/or a motor home/boat.Don’t blame the heads of families that were just trying to do the best for their family, it is the greed of WS that did this, pure and simple.
