We always wrote thank-you notes to everyone, even each other. It’s only good manners. Unfortunately those are in short supply these days.
Is it so hard for Teena to say, “Okay, Jeri. Just run that through Mom or Dad and you’re done with one.”
the only gifts we received, were from MOM. and we thanked her right then and there.
I had to write thank-you notes as a kid to people outside my immediate family, and I hated it too, but I chalk that up to my intense immaturity. Gratitude goes a long way.
