What could possibly go wrong with a program that relies on the economics of compelling, through force of law, millions of young people to purchase a product they do want, at a price that is significantly higher than when they would not purchase it voluntarily, in order to subsidize older, wealthier people?

Granted leaving the gold standard was economically not the best decision. With the “phony” money we got Moon Landings, World War II’s defeat of Hitler, and hundreds of business start ups that wouldn’t have happened in an era of tight money, Seriously I am confused.

But it was all designed to fail so that we can be forced into single payor with government control over every aspect of our lives.

This is why I love Sen. Kevin. Upfront…no equivocation…no whitewashing….what’s not to love?

Yep nothing like those children being able to have insurance so they can stay healthy. Nothing like prohibiting discrimination on pre existing conditions.

Oh how I love the republican health care-don’t get sick but if you do die quickly.

@potrzebie, you are wrong. Actually the best European healthcare system is the Dutch system. They are the least socialized system in Europe. Arguably, post-Obamacaid, the Dutch system is more capitalist than ours.

@Re-Flex, the only thing worse than a broken Obamacaid website is a functional one. People are being forced to sign up for bad coverage. If you think that shoving people barely over the poverty line into plans they cover only 60% of costs and have $15,000 out-of-pocket maximums means Obamacaid is “working” then I’m guessing you aren’t trying to raise a family on $50,000/year income.
