It’s “God Rest Us (You) Merry, Gentlemen.”
So was I. The traditional good wish is, “God Rest Ye Merry”, which is directed to the “Gentlemen”. That makes three of us nerds who care about this sort of minutia. But it’s Christmas minutia.
And not exactly gentlemen, either.
Now wait just a minutia – there are lots of us!
