As one of the three people left in America who have never used marijuana, I can say that I don’t care. Pot head drivers are abnormally slow – not really much of a threat to others, although gun-toting ragers stuck behind them in traffic may disagree. For me, “dopers everywhere” creates a competitive advantage.
