Green Party tomorrow?

I used to like this comic strip but it has turned anti-american. Good By Losers

Yes, Scott, we finally have done worse. It was inevitable.

Voting Libertarian would be, if possible, worse that voting Trump!

You’re either a ruler or a ruled one. Yeah, surrender and feel righteous by throwing away your right and proclivity to band together with others to SOLVE mutual problems….become useless to yourself and all fellow citizens: vote libertarian. Prove that education doesn’t work.

Libertarianism is one of those things that looks great on paper, but not so hot in practice because it depends a great deal on rationality and altruism. That would include things like corporations not colluding to price fix, quash competition and manipulate supply and demand to extract exorbitant profits. Also, cleaning up their manufacturing and refining messes instead of poisoning our air and water because it is the responsible and neighborly thing to do. Do those seem like traits America is embracing in the 21st century?

How about none of the above?
