Depends on the degree of friendship. Had a client-business associate of 20 years retire. The next time I saw her at a public event, she went to shake my hand but I said, I think our relationship can withstand a hug of affection. Nice.
Looks like the action led to an equal reaction.
Shaking hands is still fine. Grabbing breasts an crotch are not.
I hate when that happens to me. I wish I could hate it more often…
