JFK and Bobby Kennedy gave us poetry. Trump gives us dark vulgar limericks. Really wish the biopic went into the “intimate” side of Roy Cohn’s taking Trump under his wing… Trump is such a fan boy for Gotti, and punk for Putin, I doubt that was purely platonic.
If you are looking for trouble, you will find it. The same with graft and corruption. But what happens if we stop looking? As upsetting as all this is it is the reason for the free press and free expression. But… don’t stop seeing the good examples and emulating them. There are honest people all over the place, but how many will choose a political run when the belief in an ultimate corruption attending any office is the norm? Easier to sit on the sidelines and snipe.
