I used to have bird feeders and a suet bar out for the critters. The squirrels managed to get to all three of the feeders. They left enough food for the birds to eat. I also put down peanuts in the shells for the squirrels. I got plenty of customers. The bird feeders also attracted the pigeons. After they ate, they would land on our roof and use it as a bathroom. The crap they left behind stayed on the roof and never went away. This caused a buildup and when it rained it went into the gutters and made a holy mess when combined with the leaves and other stuff. It would dam up the gutters and it was hard to get out without getting a handful of their crap. I have stopped putting out anything except the peanuts for the squirrels. They don’t climb up on our roof and they take their business elsewhere.
what did they want to change it into?
