   Very strange power outage. I know that some the toons that I subscribe to do not update daily. Of the toons I subscribe to that are daily toons, only PC and Pixel seems to be affected. I got all the others on my list. For example, one of my favorites, the British cat toon SMITH by Andrew Pilcher (over on sister website Comics Sherpa) only updates M-W-F, but occasionally the Andrew misses a whole week. Occasionally an artist is late submitting a toon and the next day there are two. “Ten Cats by Graham Harrop” is an email friend, and he is taking some time off creating this summer, but he is submitting reruns. Andrew does have trouble uploading to GoComics and sometimes the bottom half of his toon is grayed out, and I email him right away, and he contacts GoComics to get it straightened out. Biff and Riley, a dog strip, is on hiatus for the summer and is not submitting anything new or reruns..
