as a guy who was too chicken to ask out over a dozen women that would’ve gone out with me in a heartbeat (or done more than just “go out”), women will only give you so much time and opportunity to pull the trigger. There’s plenty more guys out there for a really attractive, nice woman, so why would they sit around waiting to hear something from a guy who obviously doesn’t have the cojones to make that first step? I feel sorry for Frank, but he had his chance and Brandy shouldn’t have to pass up a possibly good life with Roger.
Can’t believe I’m rehashing this from 8 years ago… standing out isn’t a bad thing unless it’s because of a bad reason. Too many people want to stand out so badly that they will say and do things that are contrary to the direction the group is trying to head, which makes their form of standing out a bad thing. Standing out because you point out poor behavior at work or at school where everyone else turns a blind eye is a very good thing. I stand out at work because I do not accept mediocre results.
I understand the lament of newspapers going away, but paying a dollar or more for news that’s 12-16 hours old just does not fit today’s consumer. I was looking for updated election news by the minute.
Brandy’s mom is easily the most hate-able character I’ve run across in any media.
