Buckle up, kids! Grandma Charlotte is about to tell one heck of a story.

Wow, looks like this is going to be a lengthy storyline. We are starting a whole two weeks earlier than last year.

Even the Anti-Defamation league who declared it a hate symbol has this to say about it:

    >Use of the okay symbol in most contexts is entirely innocuous and harmless. Because of the traditional meaning of the “okay” hand gesture, as well as other usages unrelated to white supremacy, particular care must be taken not to jump to conclusions about the intent behind someone who has used the gesture.

Is there ANYTHING in this strip that makes you believe that Ian would sign a symbol with the intended meaning of wh*te p*wer? No, of course not. So why would you say it? Why insinuate something like that? Stop the hysterics.

Addy will probably be secretly glad that Heart’s teenage rebellions are really harmless like this. Cold hard snack cash is much better than secretly buying alcohol or smokes.

I wish gocomics had tags, at least character tags or something. I have no idea why Florence has spiders in her nose and can’t even check all her appearances.

Since the big kids are sneaking them in the side door, Heart may as well sneak in store food as well.

It turned out that she was just really near-sighted and couldn’t see the chalkboard. No special ed needed, just glasses. Which she apparently doesn’t wear outside of class. Check the September 18th strip.

Crazed, obsessed, and more than slightly unhinged? Errr…maybe not.

He could branch out a bit next year. Maybe an egg?
