If there was a single payer health plan (Yes, Government administered just like Medicare and Medicad) the issue would go away. The health insurance companies will continue with the fine print in order to increase profits. The real “death panels” reside within the health insurance industry. It really doesn’t matter if they can or cannot cross state lines, the bottom line is that they have made health and medicine a commodity. That’s just wrong.
@LameRandomNamell.“Government cannot create jobs.” Frankly that’s pretty much BS. There are several large companies who’s contracts are primarily or completely with the Government. Add to that the subcontracts that those large companies let to small business and the contracts that Government lets to small business and you have a lot of money being pushed into the priviate sector. Check this website: http://washingtontechnology.com/toplists/top-100-lists/2011.aspx The top two Government contractors, Lockheed Martin and Northrup Grumman have in excess of 27 BILLION dollars in contracts. Without the infusion of Governent dollars into our economy we’d be in a lot worse condition than what we see now.
