   That happens to me once and a while with my monitor. I found that if I unplug the monitor and plug it back in, the screen comes back to life.

   I can’t prove it without breaching the settlement agreement. However, you can probably google “ADA lawsuit mills in CA” or “ADA lawsuit abuse” and see that there are several individuals that have filed dozens if not 100s of lawsuits, usually against small business owners that don’t have the financial backing to fight back. The attorney fees are typically multiple times the settlement so would you risk $100k+ in attorney fees to just POSSIBLY avoid a $10-$20k settlement? The county of Riverside finally caught up with the person that sued me a few years ago and they were prosecuted for fraud — but of course I never got any of my money back.

   If you are truly Christian — Jesus was all about loving your fellow neighbor — not judging them (Think John 8:7), “He who is without sin, cast the first stone”. I have problems with both sides of the isle. I consider anyone who says they are Christian but condemns the behavior of others (LBTQ in particular) to be utterly hypocritical. I tend to be conservative in that I think the government has too many rules, some laws are utterly ridiculous. There does need to be some sort of regulation and oversight of corporate and individual behavior, however, for example, here in CA, I was sued for multiple thousands of $$ for having a toilet paper dispenser 1/2 inch too low, and a counter 1 inch too high without giving my business any notice before the lawsuit was filed, or a set reasonable period of time to fix it. Does that seem reasonable?
