    The picture shows a car burning which indicates a degree of seriousness that would involve fire dept. and police notification whether in the city or in rural areas. The other person could have just said " an underage boy just wrecked a car and there is a fire. Call 9-1-1!. Curious to see where the arc goes from here.

    Don’t you think the police should be notified. Dre wrecked his mothers car and could have injured or killed someone or himself with his act of stupidity. He needs to be held responsible. Punishment shouldn’t be too harsh but he needs to understand the seriousness of his offense.
