Re. “stealing”: After thinking about it for a while, I suspect mblase75 is referring to the re-writing of children’s stories, which is an occasional theme in PBS. I don’t think this is the same thing at all.

I adore Lio and just loved seeing this! Mark, when they dropped Lio from the Seattle Times a few weeks ago, I begged and begged to have him returned. (Along with the NY Times Crossword Puzzle, which they did eventually reinstate after the Seattle P-I died.) I still have hope … but in the mean time I come here everyday to visit my little friend.
